Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
4.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh4.0 tbsp Coconut Milk (Silk)2.0 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
Directions
Peel and slice bananas. Put on plate and freeze up to four hours. Once frozen put in good blender or food processor. Pulse until chopped. Add peanut butter and blend. Add as much coconut milk as needed until desired texture. You may serve immediately. Freeze leftovers. Serving Size: Makes about 6 one cup servings
