lighter pasta salad

Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatos1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup sliced cucumbers1/4th of a yellow bell pepper1/2 cup chopped onions8 Tbls kraft fat free italian dressing2 Tbls dry parsely flakessalt and pepper to tastegarlic powder to taste2 cups dry,whole wheat rotini pasta
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, rince with cold water, place in large bowl. Add all chopped vegetables and dressing mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, if using add garlic powder. Store covered in refrigerator till ready to serve.
I put this together one day, just because I wanted pasta salad, but the calorie count is so high in regular pasta salad. I served this with grilled chicken breast. The calorie total sounds like alot, but when a serving size is about 2 cups it pretty good, so you could easily cut the serving size in half if you find it to high and make it 6 servings. Also it is easily doubled when you have a larger group to feed. As is it makes 3 - 2 cup servings, enjoy.
