Lemon almond chicken salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, rotisserie chicken breast meat, no skin 1/2 cup diced celery1/4 cup sweet white onion2 tbsp Lemon juice 1/4 cup light mayonnaise 1/4 cup slivered almonds1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 tbsp Parsley Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Lightly toast almonds, set aside to cool. Chop celery and onions finely. Cut chicken up into small pieces. Chop cooled almonds finely. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate an hour to blend flavors.
