2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw26.0 leaf, medium Cabbage, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Tomato juice, with salt added2.0 cup Tomato Sauce3.0 serving Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice)16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck4.0 serving Bob Evans - Original Pork Sausage Patties (2 pcs)8.0 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15
Loosen cabbage leafs by running under hot water. Shave large vein to make easier to roll. Boil for approximately 5-6 min. Make rice according to package. Mix all meats, eggs, rice, 1/2 tomato sauce, onions, salt & pepper. Drain cabbage leaves & place a spoonful of meat in each, folding in ends & rolling. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce & tomato juice on top. Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover & bake additional 15 min.
