2 bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 large Onions, raw 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning mix (by GETTINGTHINNER2) 4 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive OilWater
COOKED:
Slice Onion and Red Bell Peppers
Microwave (or saute) mixture for 4 minutes
(ONIONS AND PEPPERS CAN BE RAW - I cannot eat raw onions, so I need to cook them)
BLEND:
Onion and Red Bell Peppers
Peeled Cucumber
Italian Herb Seasoning mix
Cider Vinegar
Olive Oil
Stevia
Water
Chill and then serve on your Salad or Veggies
Serving Size: Depending on how much water you add, a 2 tbs serving should dress any salad
