Ingredients
4 oz Coho Salmon 1 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g) 1Tbsp. EEVOS & P to taste
Directions
Heat oil in med/hot skillet. Place salmon in, skin side down. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook 4 min. Flip, take off skin, put pesto on top. Cook 3 more minutes. Cook longer if you like your fish more well done.
