1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7) .5 cup Lime Juice 5 clove Garlic .25 cup Olive Oil 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 10 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) 35 medium Shrimp, raw 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces, peal and de-vein shrimp. Mince the cilantro and garlic and mix with lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce. Mix all ingredients and let marinade at least 20 minutes (2 hours is better). Then place on a pan and broil on high for 15-20 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked.
