Strawberry Shortcake-ish

Ingredients
1 Prepared Angelfood Cake3 c Fresh Picked Strawberries1.5 c Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt2 T Honey1 T Ground Cinnamon1 Vanilla Bean, Scraped.5 c Sliced Almonds
Directions
In a large bowl, add strawberries, yogurt, honey, cinnamon and vanilla bean scrapings. Stir to combine. Fold in almonds and chill until ready to serve.

To serve, dollop 1/6 of the strawberry mixture over a slice of angelfood cake. For a fancier presentation, reserve a few slices of strawberries to place on top.
