Tita's Fresh Vegetable Bullion

Ingredients
250 grams Leeks 250 grams Broccoli, fresh 250 grams Carrots, raw 250 grams Onions, raw 125 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 75 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes 6 clove Garlic 125 grams Spinach125 grams Cilantro, raw 125 grams Parsley 250 grams Salt 125 grams Spinach, fresh
Directions
Throw all the ingredients, except for the salt into a food processor and process until it becomes a paste. Mix in the salt. Process until paste like in a food processor and add salt.

4.4 pounds, or 2 kilos of ingredients to 1 cup of salt
Add basil, rosemary, oregano and anything else you like

Freeze in small jars, keep one in the fridge for quick meals

Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water in any recipe calling for vegetable bullion.
