Tita's Microwave Apple Sauce

Ingredients
8 medium Apples, peeled, cored and chopped 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 6 minutes. When the apples are soft, use a potato masher to get the apples to a consistency you like. Serve and enjoy.
