BBQ Shredded Pork Roast

Ingredients
54 oz Boneless Butt Pork Roast (Aldi) (by PERRYBABE) 24 tbsp *Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Cook Pork Roast as you normally would. I coated mine in steak seasoning and put it in a crock pot. I mixed one cup of water with 3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, added to roast, and cooked on low for 9 hrs. The vinegar makes the meat tender. Drain the liquid out when done and shred with forks, add bbq sauce (our favorite kind is Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Vidalia Onion flavor) and eat solo or as a pulled pork sandwich.
