Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
chicken - pounded flatter, cut in halfbreadcrumbs, cheese, spices mixedbutter - heated in pan
Directions
pound chicken flatter (not too flat though) and cut in half
wet chicken with water
coat with breadcrumb/spices/cheese mixture
place in pan with heated butter
cook both sides evenly until done

serve nicely w/ noodles and marinara sauce, or on its own with veggies on the side
