1 serving english muffin orowheat 100% whole grains whole wheat 1 english muffin 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 21 gram(s) (1 slice) Bordens Fat Free Cheese (Swiss, American, Cheddar) 1 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon 1 tsp Margarine, soft
(I use slice turkey as a bacon substitute. 1 large egg white also works for this recipe)
1. Pour 1/4 egg whites into a ramekin/mug. Put in microwave for 45 seconds. Remove from mug.
2. Place egg pattie on English muffin
3. Place cheese and Canadian bacon on English muffin. Use the margarine to stick all pieces together.
4. Place in toaster until melted. Should be 3 minutes, take out half way through toasting to compress the muffin and flip it.
5. Enjoy!
