Zack's Zucchini Soufflé

Ingredients
1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Olive Oil1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1060.0 Grams Zucchini1.0 clove Garlic4.0 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese4.0 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
* Preheat oven to 350°Fahrenheit. Sauté onions and zucchini in garlic and a little bit of the oil until tender. * Lightly beat eggs, mix with baking powder, flour, oil and cheese. Stir in onions, zucchini and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. * Pour into 9x13 pan (spray with non-stop spray), sprinkle with paprika and parsley, if you like. Bake for 1 hour or until golden.
