Lisa's Tasty Veet (Wheat) Cakes

Ingredients
11/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour4 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Splenda1 dash salt1 large egg, fresh and raw2 tbsp Canola Oil1 1/2 cup fat free skim cow milk (moo!)Non stick spray (PAM)
Directions
Begin by combining the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, Splenda and salt) in a large mixing bowl.
Stir.
Add in the wet ingredients (milk, oil, egg)
Beat with a whip. The amount of baking powder will cause the batter to become foamy and rise - don't panic, this is normal.
Spray a teflon coated frying pan or griddle with non-stick spray like PAM and heat to middle heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Top with some honey or light syrup - ENJOY!
