Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
32.0 oz Ground Beef (lean), browned6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1 whole onion, chopped4.0 oz Velveeta Cheese Product1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A3.0 tbsp Butter, salted2 tbsp Worcestershire sauceSalt and pepper to tasteOther seasonings: onion powder, garlic (powder or chopped), others to taste
Directions
Slice and par-boil potatoes (skins optional). Place in cooking container. Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion and cook until slightly transparent. In a saucepan or microwaveable bowl, melt cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and butter. Stir to make cheese sauce. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish or crockpot. Season to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, until bubbly. If in crockpot, cook on low for 8-10 hours (high for 4-5 hours)
