Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

680 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Kosher Salt (Morton) (1/4 tsp) (by FRESHSTART491) .5 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 5 grams Honey
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
3. Trim off the outer, dry leaves, cut the bottom off and slice sprouts lenghtwise.
4. In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with 2 Tbps of olive oil, kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to coat throughly
5. Transfer the brussels sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and carmamelized, about 20 minutes.
Place brussels sprouts back in bowl. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and toss to coat evenly. Taste and season with kosher salt if necessary and serve
