Cheddar cheese hash brown casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. hash browns1 c fat free sour cream1 c shredded cabot 50% cheddar1/4 c chopped onion1/2 can cream of chicken soup1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together ingredients Put into greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
