10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin2.0 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add 1/3 cup or amount desired to heated skillet. Brown 5 minutes on each side. Serving Size: Makes about 15-21pancakes
