Ingredients
0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour (by LIGHTNINGPAW) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Organic Valley - Organic Whole Milk 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil, Unrefined 4 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
Mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together in a separate bowl the egg, oil, milk, vanilla and coconut oil. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir with fork or whisk. Add walnuts and fruit. Drop batter by tablespoons into griddle or frying pan
