Low cholesterol sweet potato custard

Ingredients
2/3 c mashed sweet potato1/2 mashed banana2/3 c fat free evap milk1 Tbsp + 1 tsp packed brown sugar3 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp egg beaters1/4 tsp salt2 tsp sugar3/4 tsp cinnamonPam
Directions
Coat casserole with Pam. Preheat oven to 325. Mix together sweet potato, and banana. Add milk, brown sugar, egg beaters, raisins and salt; mix well. Pour into casserole. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.Bake for 40-45 minutes.
