8.0 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Baking Soda100.0 Grams Apples, fresh with skin100.0 Grams Zucchini1.1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 tsp Salt
Preheat at 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda together and set aside. Mix together beaten egg, melted (and cooled) butter, honey, vanilla together. Add dry ingredients and barely mix together. Add one cup grated zucchini and finally chopped one cup Apple to mixture and completely blend. Spray muffin pan with pam and fill. Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
