Busy Day Crockpot Chicken Stew

Ingredients
48 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast (3 large)3 c. chicken broth.1 bag Peas & Carrots, Frozen 1 bag broccoli florets, frozen 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup (regular)1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) 1.5 tbsp Poultry seasoning 1 tbsp onion, dried minced 1 tsp Pepper, black 3 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
Directions
Add all ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch to crockpot. Cool on low 8hrs, or high for 4. Remove chicken breast and shred into bite size pieces using two forks. Remove approx. 1/2 cup of liquid from the crockpot. While whisking with a fork, add cornstarch to this liquid. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot. While whisking, add cornstarch mixture back to the crockpot. Allow to thicken for a half hour or until desired consistency. Enjoy!
