200 grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.75 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 serving Sooji - 0.5 cup (by MANJUK) 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil oil to deep fry

mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough. leave it for 2 hours and then deep fry.
