Brown Rice and Broccoli Pilaf

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice, uncooked 1.50 cup Vegetable Stock2.5 cups water1 Tbs Light Butter 5 cup Broccoli Florets, chopped 3 cup chopped green/red/yellow pepper/onions 4 Tbs light soy sauce 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine rice and water
Add Rice
Bring to a boil, cover and continue cooking according to package directions.
saute peppers and broccoli in butter until tender.
