Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad with Sunflower Seeds & Cranberries

Ingredients
3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh chopped into small florets 3 cup Cauliflower, raw chopped into small florets 0.35 cup, chopped Onions, raw finely chopped 6 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits (or 10 slices crisp cooked and crumbled)0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) chopped if desired0.35 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 0.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
To a salad bowl, add broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, seeds, and cranberries. In a small bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, and sugar. Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour). Serving Size: 8 one cup servings
