1/4 c. Kraft Minute tapioca (by GRAVITYGERT) 2 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 2 cup, diced Rhubarb 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp. Orange zest
Mix fruit, tapioca, sugar and orange zest in a large bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Put in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam type spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 40 to 50 minutes.
