Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tsp Dijon mustard1/2 tsp ground GarlicSalt Pepper
Directions
Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. In a large pot boil water and salt. And cauliflower, cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small pot heat heavy cream. Add cream cheese mustard, and whisk until well Blended. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Put cauliflower in an 8 by 8 pan greased well. Pour sauce over cauliflower and stir. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
