Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 50 grams Coconut Oil 225 g Plain white flour (UK) 38 gram(s) Steens manuka honey 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Lime zest per tsp (by CHUCKLES0719)
Directions
Mash bananas, Stir in the melted oil. Mix in baking soda and pinch of salt. Stir in the beaten egg, cinnamon, ginger, lime and honey.
Sift flour and fold in.
Put into loaf tin and bake for an hour at gas 4
