Turkey with Mushroom Sauce

1 large boneless, skinless turkey breast, halved2 Tbs melted butter2Tbs dried parsley1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 C white wine1C fresh mushrooms, sliced2 Tbs cornstarch1/4 C cold water
Place turkey in slow cooker, brush with butter
mixnext five ingredients and pour over turkey. Top with mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Remove turdy and keep warm.
In saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually add cooking juices. Bring to boil. Cook until thickened.
Slice turkey and serve with sauce.
