Ingredients
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 2 cup diced Potato, raw 2 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
Directions
Throw into slow cooker for 5 hours on high
