Rice and Black Beans

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 4 clove Garlic 0.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans 1 tbsp Butter, salted 7 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1/2 TBSP
Directions
Microwave butter, oil and garlic cloves on high until butter is melted and cloves are soft, around 30 seconds
Cook rice as instructed on package, adding the butter/clove mixture with the water.
When finished, add the rinsed black beans, letting them warm with the hot rice, then serve.
Salt and pepper to taste.
