Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 clove Garlic 1 serving ( 3 oz ) Ground bison (buffalo) 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
Saute Onions, when wilted and goldon add ginger, garlic, and ground beef or lamb. when partially browned, add spices. When fully brown stir in cocnut milk, cover, and simmer on low avout 10 minutes.

Serving Size: One serving - I usually make a double portion
