Ingredients
3 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) .5 cup, chopped Kale .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grate cauliflower; wring out any excess water. Add eggs, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder; whisk until combined. Fold in ham, kale & onion.Spray muffin tin and fill each one about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or ntil lightly golden.
