Jack's slow cooker orange marmalade chicken curry

2.0 tbsp Curry powder2.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne4 boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 Bell Pepper12oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms Onion, sweet, raw0.5 cup Chicken Broth 2 jars Smucker's Natural Non GMO Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread (or other 18oz marmalade jars)1.0 tbsp Chinese five spice2.0 Garlic clove
Place chicken breasts on bottom of slow cooker. Chop and slice vegetables and add to cooker. Mix marmalade, broth, and spices in a bowl then pour over chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove and cut or shred the chicken and return to stew. Add some cornstarch or flour to thicken sauce if desired. Serve with desired rice or grain.
