1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 cup, whole Cranberries1.0 tbsp Orange Peel1.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
Boil water in saucepan, add cranberries and diced pineapple, cook over medium heat til berries begin to pop. Add chopped, cored but not peeled, apple to mixture, continue cooking and stirring occasionally until most berries are popped.
