Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

16 oz Owen's Sausage (Roll) 12 Eggland's Best Large Eggs1 cup Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value 1 dash Salt 1 dash black pepper.5 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Garlic powder 2 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese About 80 frozen tater tots8 pieces Hormel Lower Sodium Bacon2 stalks green onions
Preheat oven to 350°
Spread cooked, crumbled sausage on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over sausage. (Or more as desired)
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings well, then pour over cheese.
Neatly place tater tots in rows to cover the eggs.
Cook for 60 minutes. Meanwhile, cut bacon into small pieces and brown. Slice the green onions.
After 60 minutes, remove from oven. Add another cup of cheese, then sprinkle bacon and green onions on top.
Cook for another 15 minutes. (This is when I stick biscuits in the oven, too, so it's all done together.)
Let set for about 10 minutes before cutting.
