Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 3 clove Garlic 0.3 cup Parsley 2 serving(s) Instant Quinoa and Oat Hot cereal, Arrowhead Mills 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)
Directions
350 degrees for 30 mins, take out and add Parmesan on top, bake another 10 mins. Serving Size: Makes 12 - 4" squares
