1.0 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat1.5 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce4.0 serving chedder cheese slice1.0 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh16.0 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
Directions
Cut the eggplant in thick(ish) slices and season with salt the bake 350 for about 15 minutes Meanwhile cook ground turkey and add Italian seasoning. Add sauce Then layer the sauce, eggplant, cottage cheese (I use that order) then put the sliced cheese on top and add more seasoning. Then bake for about 30 minutes at 350
