1 Mission Tortillas Whole Wheat Carb Balance Burrito Tortilla1/ 2 cup Kraft 2% Mexican Cheese4 oz diced cooked chicken breast1/4 cup Del Monte Petite Diced TomatoesSprinkle of Italian Seasoning
1. Cook the chicken thoroughly and dice up.
2. Layer the cheese, chicken and tomatoes on one side of the tortilla.
3. Sprinkle Italian Seasoning if you like (I do).
4. Fold over top half and place in the George Foreman grill with the folded edge towards the bottom.
5. Cook for five minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted.
