Mexican meatloaf stuffed Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 2 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) 0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tsp Paprika 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Grind pork rind up fine add to bowl with rest of the ingredients then divide into 4 equal balls cut each into and add 1/8 cup of shredded cheese and mushroom slice put back together keeping cheese and mushroom inside in a skillet cook over medium heat until done a lid help get them done all the way through. serve with a slice of onion and tomato and use a lettuce leaf for a bun if you wish Serving Size: Makes 4
