Boneless Skinless Chicken breastsGreen or red seedless grapesAlmond sliversWaterchestnutsCurry PowderLight Rance Dressing
Cube the chicken breast and brown in a skillet sprayed with a non stick cooking spray. Add curry to taste before chicken is fully cooked. Clean and place grapes in a large bowl, add waterchestnuts and almond slivers, once chicken is cooked add to the mix. Add enough dressing to lightly coat everything along with more curry to taste. You can also substitute Cellery for the nuts in case someone has a nut allergy.
This makes a nice light summer dish or side dish. Quick and easy to make.
