Julie's Chunky Sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp. garlic powder5 tbsp. dried oregano3 tbsp.olive oil2 tbsp.worcestershire sauce2 tbsp. salt1 med. bell pepper, chopped20 small Roma tomatoes1 c. chopped yellow onion
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot & cook on high. Once mixture is hot & bubbling turn heat to a simmer for three hours or longer. You can use in a lasagna or put over baked eggplant by layering eggplant, chunky sauce & your choice of cheese. Serving Size: 1 cup
