Brown Sugar & Honey Chicken

Ingredients
0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar0.25 cup Honey8.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut up chicken thighs into strips or chunks. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add chicken. Cook until done. Add brown sugar and quarter cup of water if needed. Cook until water is nearly evaporated and add honey. Cook until a bit of brown is on the chicken. Serve hot with a side of rice or on a salad.
