Chicken cauliflower lettuce wraps

Ingredients
16oz Perdue Ground Chicken Patty1 large red bell pepper, diced2 jalapenos, diced1 small yellow onion, diced4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and diced Several stalks Green Onion4 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower, steamed in bag1 head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed and patted dry
Directions
Heat the chicken in a skillet on medium heat until no more pink shows Add chicken, veggies, sauces, cauliflower, salt and pepper to taste into crockpot. Let simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Add water chestnuts and green onion to mix and let heat for 5 minutes, then serve. Use full sheets of iceberg lettuce as your wrap. Top with garlic chili sauce or siracha Serving Size: Makes 4 very generous servings
