Ingredients
2 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 2 serving Pepper, Poblano 1 Pepper (by AGGIEKBEAR03) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
To freeze and cook later: Label freezer bag
Deseed and chop peppers
Add all ingredients to bag. Remove air and freeze up to 3 months.
Add to slow cooker
Heat on ow for 8 hours
Shred meat, stir into sauce
Serve with Roasted carrots and potatoes
