1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g)
Directions
Cut zucchini into sticks, dip in whisked egg, then into smashed pork rinds and parmesan. Bake on 450.
