Ingredients
Chiken breat - 1 half skinless, bonelessonion - 1 slicegarlic - 1 clove, choppedJalapeno peppers - 2 sliced (no seeds)apple - 1 slicedcilantro - 1 tablespoon choppedsal - dashcanola oil - 1 tablespoon
Directions
In a skillet put the oil, the chiken, onion, and garlic. Cover and cook on medium fire. Once cooked, uncover it, add the salt, and turn chicken to get it golden. Add the apple slices to get them golden as well. Turn off the fire, add the cilantro, and cover for 2 - 3 minutes. Its ready to serve.
