Mushroom chicken

Ingredients
32 ounces Chicken Breast10 ounces Greek Nonfat Yogurt plain0.25 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 large Onions, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese Shredded
Directions
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Cook chopped garlic cloves, onion, and mushrooms in heated oil for 5 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into 9 pieces and place in 9x13 baking dish. Layer onions and mushrooms on top of chicken. Add herbs of your choice. Mix yogurt and chicken broth. Pour in top of chicken and veggies. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake until melted (15 minutes). Serving Size: Makes 9/4oz servings of chicken with 1/2 cup sauce
