Tomatillos, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced Garlic, 4 cloves Scallions, raw, 3 medium Parsley, .5 cup Cilantro, raw, 4 tbspJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper*Green Chiles, 4 oz Lime Juice, 3 lime yieldsAvocado, 1 fruitSalt, 1 tsp
1. Chop garlic finely by dropping through the feed tube of food processor while the motor is running (appx 10 seconds). Add the scallions, parsley, cilantro & jalapeno, chopping finely.
2. Add tomatillos and remaining ingredients and process until pureed.
3. Refrigerate, covered.
